So I only used the product for a while. Bought this product based on the numerous 5 star reviews. I'm happy with the purchase so far, but there's a problem. The beard trimmer and body trimmer work great, but I think there is a problem with the clippers "combs". I have now tried the hair clipper attachment with the 6mm beard attachment and it kept pulling my hair out. Now the adjustable beard trimmer attachment works great and the clipper blade is sharp, but I think the clipper combs either sit oddly on the blade itself or have a jagged edge that catches on the hair. People said the blades were dull or the motor was weak, but I think it's actually the combs. I've run the sandpaper between the plastic fingers of the combs and it's a lot better now, but it was a problem I didn't want. My beard is very coarse and tightly curled, very different from the hair on my head, so I've had no problems using clippers on my head. I hope this helps anyone having trouble. Still gets 4 stars but not 5 from me.
