I have a 2003 Honda Accord 2.4 (4 cylinder), this product is not suitable for assembly without major modification. The assembly is made of plastic; So one wrong move and you're out of luck. The assembly has a built-in fuel filter (other than the pump strainer); You can find it online (can't find it at your local auto parts store). My car couldn't be out of service for a while; So the only logical thing for me to do was to buy a completely new unit from an auto parts store for $265 (lifetime warranty). It all started when the car drove 130,000 km and I wanted to change the fuel filter. Thought I'd swap out the pump while I was there, but after considering modifications to make it fit, the pump doesn't have molded clips on the side to properly attach the unit to the host. This car was reliable and I wanted it to stay that way. Even with a high flow pump, you still have the fuel pressure regulator designed for OE. I'm not sure if that matters. Some people in the reviews said it worked for them; but they didn't list the make and model of their cars. hope that helps.
