I bought this on behalf of a colleague. The package arrived quickly and better than described! The product is great for reducing neck strain and once you get used to typing at a non-standard angle, it becomes a relief for wrists as well. I would give it four stars but when I tried it I found it was a bit difficult to set up and my laptop wouldn't stay on it and also has a narrow bottom edge for the laptop to hang on. . A thinner laptop than the Lenovo ThinkPad I created will probably work just fine. I also felt that it needed an extra set of legs like the ones I bought from the same manufacturer with three legs instead of two.
