Squeaky Armadillo Pet Plush Dog Chew Toy - Hollypet Dark Gray Review

This is the second armadillo we have had for our dog. He loves the honking sound! The first one lasted a couple of years, hoping this one does, too. I will admit to being a little disappointed with this one, as the "honk" is harder to find than on the previous one. Perhaps a quality control issue with the manufacturer.

My Dog really loves this toy. She's a terrier so likes to rip up stuffed toys.The squeaker has a deeper sound like a ducks quad or cows moo.It has been pretty durable so far. I would definitely and will probably end up buying this again because she loves it and it has lasted longer than most other toys of this type.

Great toy, super cute and the squeakier is a lower pitch sound that doesn't make you cringe unlike the other shrill, high pitched noises that other squeakers make. The REAL VALUE is that is extremely sturdy, most other stuffed animals have been completely demolished within a week. Not only my dog adores this toy, but we also love the toy for its cuteness and the sound it makes! Usually, you buy a squicky toy that bothers your ears in no time. But this one has a nice sound, almost like an armadillo bark sound that comes from the head, not the belly of the toy. It's NOT a high pitch squicky toy. My dog is crazy about it, she doesn't leave it for a moment for 3 days. And, this is the only toy she does not pull apart, she really treasures it. It survived for 3 days today…

This little armadillo is one of the few toys that my puppy hasn't been able to rip apart. She sleeps with it every night and even after 3 months, it's still her go to toy/comfort object. She's been chewing it on it A LOT while teething and other than a tiny tear, it's still intact (and adorable). Also worth noting that even once it develops a small tear, it doesn't unravel.

Cute little Armadillo, a little guy, more a babysize armadillo, but the best part is it's a toy without that annoying screechy squeaker, when squeezed it make a more realistic grunt sound, more like that if mating large tortoise if you have even see them in action.

This toy is great. It holds up well was in Gucci's inner circle of favorite toys! Gootch knew who it was when I asked him "where is Armie? " as he would run and fetch him immediately.

My miniature dachshund tore into this toy that cost almost $10 within 20 minutes! There is NO durability, NOT worth the cost, NOT impressed! When I requested a refund, the only option was a replacement with the exact same toy! Sure, it didn’t cost me anything, but, the replacement will be distroyed just like the first! The squesk is more of a honk, and the difference in nose immediately got my dog's attention. It's also far less of an obnoxious sound than most squeaky toys. Durability is decent for a soft plush, but doesn't last long against dogs that like to shred their toys.

Cute toy, and it took about a month for my PPP to open a hole and pull out the stuffing (I intervened to get to the squeaker before he did). I fully expected this, because he's a super chewer, but he still loves the toy and carries it around by the tail (still stuffed). So, I'm getting my money's worth.

Love Zippy Paws toys. My little dog shakes them and makes them squeak. They last about 3-5 months. Course she only gets them an hour a day. The armadillo makes a grunt noise that is different than the other ones and she loves that.

Very soft and non durable toy. Won't recommend for anything but small chewers. I have 25Ib dog and it only took one session for the nose to be ripped off and stuffing everywhere.

Our dog absolutely loves this! It makes a pig type noise, not your normal squeaker. It’s holding up well to sharp puppy teeth!

This arrived with no squeaker.or grunter.or noise of any kind except the crinkling of what is apparently a plastic bag. My dog likes it anyway and so far hasn't ripped open a seam. Still, it was not as advertised. Not that I needed the noise.

I loved it! Good quality and a good doggy toy. However, this was not among my dog's favorite toys. I think because he likes to grab the toy in the middle and this particular one was bigger in that area. My dog is half Pom and half Aus. Shepherd, but a bigger dog would love it!

My terrier loves this armadillo! It makes a low bwaw sound that gets him going, he pulls it while I hold it the back legs. Then he chews a bit until he gets it to make the sound again. Such cute doggie fun!

My mini pug tore it up in a matter of seconds, when it arrived, and I gave it to her. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

Toy is of quality workmanship, no loose material. sound it makes is a hoot, the dog still does know what to make of it. She has many toys but now likes this one the best.

This is so so cute, but my golden doodle who is pretty gentle with toys make a hole in it with a stuffing leak within the first week :( wanted it to last. The squeak is different and deep like a little pig honking!

Don’t waste your money, had to send the first one back because the squeaker didn’t work. Replacement was sent, again no squeaker, sending it back for refund! Done!
