These little eye warmers are really good. They appear to have balls rather than flaxseeds which eventually settle and shrink until they are much less "full". They provide moist warmth, which is ideal, and they have a removable, washable cover, which is a great idea too. The cover can be easily removed. Overall a great product except they put a terrible headband on it. The usual velcro is not the most secure; but it does the job. The worst problem is the hard, very sharp edge of the headband that sits on top of the ears. If it cuts into the ears, it's quite uncomfortable. The only thing you can do is lift the elastic at the back of your head and hope it doesn't slip off. It's only 10 minutes, so bearable; but what an uncomfortable strap. All in all a very good product, with only a clearly bad quality. Twenty seconds in my microwave provides 10 minutes of comfortable, moist heat. But please, Medweez, change the strap on your head!
