Pros: - It has 5 different pressure levels so you can set the right one. Level 3 is enough for me, I recommend trying the lowest level first and increasing gradually - Affordable price - Wireless, doesn't take up space. I checked with dental floss afterwards and there was almost nothing left. Cons: - I only use jet nozzles, so other nozzles are pretty much useless to me. I would like one more reactive tip on backup. There are many grammatical errors in the instructions, but it has all the information I need. Recommendations: Don't forget to close the filler hole and drain the water from the tank after each use. Also, use it anywhere 3 seconds is enough for better cleaning. Update: I'm surprised how helpful it is that it can help remove tartar (not all). I have tartar but can't go to the dentist because I don't have dental insurance and this floss can remove some of the tartar but certainly not all (I use level 3). In addition, you still need to floss regularly because water flossing cannot penetrate the gumline as deeply as dental floss. Using this combination with dental floss really helps reduce tartar.
