We have been using this chair for almost three weeks now and I really like it. I work in it from 9am to 5pm and play with it for several hours in the evenings. At first I thought the pillow was too hard, but every day I'm vomiting more and more, so maybe it's just me. My fiance assembled it in under 30 minutes. The footrest is fantastic, although you might feel differently if you're tall (mine is 5ft 4in) and at times I find it slides a bit too much. Time will tell if that's a problem for me. short enough for me to sit cross-legged in it, COMFORTABLE to win Just the fact that I can sit in multiple ways in this chair makes it a winner for me.
