Review on 🚴 HEALTH LINE PRODUCT Bike Trainer Stand - 8 Resistance Settings, Portable 26"-28" Indoor Bicycle Trainer with Quiet Noise Reduction - Stationary Cycling Exercise for Road & Mountain Bikes by Russell Wong

Revainrating 5 out of 5

High-quality roller trainer, but not for thru-axle bikes.

I have to say Jasmine and the team at Health Line Products have been very friendly, communicative and helpful in trying to get this machine working, but I have to return it. This is a nice and quality trainer but not made for rugged mountain bikes like my Pivot Mach 5.7. Save time if you have a bike with a 10+mm thru-axle (also spelled thru-axle). I have a DT Swiss hub & RWS Plug in MTB 12 x 142 mm thru axle. The size of the hub (and the way my frame fits on it) doesn't allow the machine to snap in without a 5mm quick release, and there aren't any adapters or "extended" axles that will work for this. (a few pics attached so you can see an example) I realize this is probably a small group of people as I'm sure 95% of all bikes will work with this trainer. But for those few that have chunky axles for hard mountain biking I would do a little more homework to see if you can get an adapter or if there is a way to attach without a QR skewer.
