Great product. I definitely encourage you to buy it. I received the car today, everything was well packed, the machine was not damaged. I brought the car home, they delivered it to work, I opened it up and it was in several pieces that were easy to assemble. So the machine is ready to start, so I fill the lid with ice to the line and close it, no problem, I move the ice scoop to add my ingredient and then put it back in, very intuitive. Connected, switched on, selected settings and pressed the start button. That's the only reason this product doesn't get five stars. When I pressed the start button this thing came alive, you won't believe it. He started slicing the ice on the machine and mixing the mixture in the bin and the noise he made was amazing. It was VERY loud, I mean LOUD. Well, that's normal and really expected, because hey, it's a powerful blender and a powerful ice shaver that will ensure you get some frosty goodness in no time. To be honest, I have to deduct a star for the background noise. Turning this thing on will have everyone staring at the racket, but I'd say it's a small price to pay. Now the cycle is complete and it's looking good, icy and mixed, just like it should be. So I take my glass and push it to this ice luck lever and it comes alive again, a little less than before because the ice razor stays up and it comes out with pretty good force. There were a few very small drops that bounced off my glass like a very fine mist, but no problem. So I take my first sip which is good if not great as I like my drinks a little more icy so what should I do? I press the shave button with ice and fill the container with more shavings until it looks arctic and press the blend button for a second and everything is fine now. I just love this car. I'm in Southern California and it's going to be very hot this summer and this wonder of icy joy will make those days go by smoothly until I run out of mix and ice cream. So don't hesitate to click the order button, I know this baby is expensive but he's definitely worth it. It's 80 degrees at 10 am as I write this, and I have to tell you that this Frozen Blend I'm sweating in instead of me is making me chilled as a cucumber. I would also recommend the extended warranty that came with the machine when I bought it. I know, I know, it's usually a waste of money, but for $30-40 for 4 years, they pay return shipping and if it can't be fixed, they give you your money back. Now I'm telling you for that amount of money, how can you go wrong? It only pays the shipping cost. Such frosty goodness and peace of mind, you can't go wrong. Many Thanks.
