I am so disappointed. I wanted to give it to my nephew for Christmas. Came in box, no damage. It was tightly packed in the box but as soon as I opened it I could clearly see that it was in use. All the coal dust is in the bag. A pencil lacks charcoal. The sanding block looks like it was newly glued on. The only thing not used is the eraser. I am so disappointed.
