Advantages: very strong, hands do not get tired after punching 250 business cards. You can punch 2 to 3 business cards (Vista Premium Printing Cards) at the same time. I used this hole punch to make business card earrings. Cons: I bought this brand thinking it would accommodate the small circles that were punched out for easy cleaning. I was wrong and disappointed. The circles don't come together and come out. Also, DO NOT push the card all the way to the end of the hole. If you do this you will create small square holes that will mess up your cards.
