When trying to figure out which resonator to choose, you encounter a lot of hum or rasp. Trust me they work perfectly. I have a 2010 e60 m5 that I just stripped and I removed all the stock resonators and mufflers so it's totally straight and the rasp was awful it buzzed like one of those farts Honda drove around and a drone was cute. bad too, i hated it. I read several reviews of these bright resonators and decided they were worth it. I bought two 12″ and they honestly removed all my rasps and knocked the drone down decently. the exhaust tone is just beeping. If you are looking for something to reduce exhaust volume, this is not the best solution. They are designed to suppress certain frequencies in exhaust systems. THEY ate NO SILENCERS. If you have the same problems as me, buy them and thank me later. I'll update in about 2000 miles and let you know how they behave, the resonators will eventually "break in" and I understand they get a bit louder so I'll confirm that.
