I ordered picture frame 5x7. But the frames are not big enough to properly hold the 5x7 photo. You will either need to crop your photos a bit or buy other frames. Yes they are cute designs but I cannot use them for the purpose they were purchased for. Then I got an email from the company (before I wrote the product review) basically saying if you have a problem with your frames just email them and they will fix it. but I feel like it's almost saying they know their frames are the wrong size and while it's good customer service to suggest fixing this, maybe once they get the size right? I didn't return these frames because I just put in a 4x6 photo with photomats, but now I need 4 more 5x7 frames.
