Very poor product for the price. Should have spent $3 more for a branded wick. We have been using this product for almost 7 weeks now with very disappointing results. Our humidifier is set to 35% and runs continuously. We have had this unit for about 5 years now and it has never worked that much and we usually set it at 40%! The wick is completely dry except for the part immersed in water. We always use reverse osmosis water so the wick lasts longer and we've never had any problems with drying out. I would definitely not recommend this product.
