Decent quality. I used some extra hooks and bungee to hold the lid. I live in the country, there is no windbreak - the elastic is fine, but the wind easily tears it off without additional hooks. It has endured several high winds and rains and is still holding up. I had to build a raised platform over the bed using a 2x4 and two tires under the duvet to keep the water from pooling because after the first rain the duvet sagged terribly into the bed, it's definitely waterproof. This coating already protected against pea-sized hail. I may buy a second one just to make it thicker to help with bigger hail.
