Review on Sunlite FC8T9 WW Fluorescent Circline by Kelly Kaliyan

This review is for a 12 inch unit. I bought this product at the end of February 2020. Arrived quickly with no problems with the packaging. Installation is easy and I am very happy with the lighting. It was installed in our master bedroom closet. The light worked great until April 2021 when it stopped working without warning. I checked the warranty and it's only 1 year. It is said to work up to 10,000 hours. If you cut that in half, it would still be 5000 hours. Let's assume that the light was used 3 hours a day. (actual usage could be 1 hour per day which is an incredibly high number) 3 hours per day for 400 days is 1200 hours. You say. At the same time I also bought a smaller 16" from the same manufacturer and it also stopped working. I am very dissatisfied with both products and will not buy them again! Very dissatisfied with the product.
