The adjustable straps make this product wonderful!
I purchased this for my husband who has a broken back which causes a lot of stress on his neck. He was constantly wrapping ice in a cloth and holding it on the back of his neck. He tried this neck ice pack, with the straps to aid in holding it in place and he loves it. Now when he rests, it's true rest with the coldness that this product retains and again, the straps have made all the difference. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product!
