I've had mine for about 9 or 10 weeks now. When it arrived I wasn't too impressed with it as I looked at a few and thought I had ordered the jar. It also dripped when tightly capped, and when I shook it before drinking to improve the taste, the water ran off the top parts and dripped a little. I contacted the company and they responded within an hour and sent a replacement within two days. The difference was amazing as this bottle didn't leak at all and felt better, we immediately noticed the insert went deeper into the bottle than the first and that seemed to make a big difference. The service was just amazing, you couldn't ask for more attentive company and they contacted me to make sure I received it and that it didn't leak. Absolutely great service. My daughter grabbed a new one as she was dying to try it after seeing the first one and she never let me return it. My daughter enjoyed thinking of ways to use it and fill it with fruit. She had no real problems cleaning or using it. It has taken that spot, but in our high summer heat (upper 90s and 100s) it's just not practical as it heats up too quickly. I think she will take him with her when fall and winter come as she has fallen in love with him. I prefer to use original tea bags, fill strong tea in my insulated water bottle and cool it with ice. Sometimes I fill them with strawberries, lemons or herbs from our garden. I can't take it anywhere because it will leak if dropped, but it's fine if I keep it on my desk or on the fridge. I don't like drinking from a bottle, not one, because my nose is always on the handle of the bag to get it out. My daughter doesn't seem to have this problem, she has no trouble drinking from a bottle. Later I plan to try another style as I think I will like it better. I am considering buying at least one for Christmas. There aren't many adults on our list. But I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try a fruity infusion. This is a great product, will withstand a fall and the design is fun.
