It is acceptable for what it is.
When we received it, it had some weird red stains at the bottom that look a little like ink or something, but it didn't affect the usability of it. Overall we like it fairly well. It's pretty big and my kids have enjoyed playing it in. Our little pup not so much. LOL. But maybe she'll grow to like it. My only big complaint is the walls aren't as sturdy as I'd like and tend to bend out and let water spill out. Our lawn is not completely flat though so that doesn't help.
