We have four of these hydration packs. I'm quite small and needed one for long distance runs. Then I needed backpacks for younger kids who would be hiking to school. They are adjustable to fit a wide range of sizes. Live with the fact that the front buckles can also be adjusted up and down. Front pockets are ideal for small items and water bottles. The back pocket is big enough for hydration packs or a light jacket etc which I use it for and keeps water in the front pockets. Definitely recommend these packages
