Very nice and easy to use warmer. But it doesn't keep the liquid warm enough. There are two settings and I keep it on the warmest. I like my coffee hot so this heater is a bit disappointing. Bought 2, one for my husband and one for me. They're both "warm enough" so I know I didn't get the loafer block. I have several classic Mr. Coffee mug warmers that sell for about $10 and they work really well. So I'd recommend checking it out before you spend twice as much on this brand.
