I had a small blister and wore one of these to go for a walk; The pad itself came 1/3 off but the sticky backing remained. When I tried to remove the sticky backing the pad ripped off as it tore a lot of healthy skin around it and now instead of a small blister I have a huge open sore on my foot about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. and hurts much worse than the original blister. That's the only reason I gave the adhesion 5 stars because it also peels off the skin. The sticky non-pad backing did nothing to protect your initial bladder from irritation and the pad lasted around 10-15 minutes, not days.
