Makes blisters worse. total divorce.

Applied exactly as instructed. After 2 miles of running they partially detached. One ripped off a blister while running home. Now I have to treat a burst blister. Stay away! This is an absolute scam.

Not as advertised on bandage and bandage supplies

Useless if you're trying to train (walk in my case) with a current bladder. I put it on today and had to stop running after 2 miles as it had already fallen off my heel. I highly recommend Moleskin for this product. I ran 22 miles in Moleskin in the morning and had no problems. Did the restore tonight and tried the KT blister tape. Walked 2 km.

  • Absolutely amazing!

Bad choice for active people.

Looked great. Arrived in a neat, sturdy plastic box. However, they didn't stay at all. Even on a moderate hike, they curl up at the edges and stick to the inside of my socks. Wouldn't buy again and wouldn't recommend to anyone who needs real protection. It sucks to be 20 miles out in the YNP and slacking because those expensive bandages you have keep falling off.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • A few problems

Doesn't work at all

I was very dissatisfied with the claims made about this product, it says it's for athletes and it lasts 7 days and it's water resistant but barley survived a 14 minute run, The presentation is quite nice, it comes in a nice little black box as a kit and it's comfortable when you're not walking, as soon as you start walking it starts to slide down and no longer offers protection.

Cons
  • Not everything fits

They don't stick as well as advertised.

KT Tape has an excellent reputation, so I gave it a try based on previous experiences with their products. I have a quarter sized blister on my heel (from work boots). I put on the blister treatment, put on socks, running shoes, ran 25 minutes, took off my shoes and socks, showered and the blister treatment fell off (lasted less than an hour). I put on another, went about my daily business, fell asleep, woke up in the shower and the blister bandage came off (lasted a full day without training).

  • Everything is fine!

Turns a small problem into a big one

I had a small blister and wore one of these to go for a walk; The pad itself came 1/3 off but the sticky backing remained. When I tried to remove the sticky backing the pad ripped off as it tore a lot of healthy skin around it and now instead of a small blister I have a huge open sore on my foot about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. and hurts much worse than the original blister. That's the only reason I gave the adhesion 5 stars because it also peels off the skin. The sticky non-pad backing did…

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • So-so

It relieves pain / irritation well if you already have a blister and still need to wear shoes to work or walk around town. Withstands the rigors of physical activity in shoes/boots/boots/etc. not standing. Almost exactly the same product as Band-Aid Hydro Seal blister plasters, but the KT brand costs three times more with 0% better performance. I currently have both and have switched between them. Both stayed in place while cycling, but that's no surprise. My riding shoes have a titanium plate…
