It relieves pain / irritation well if you already have a blister and still need to wear shoes to work or walk around town. Withstands the rigors of physical activity in shoes/boots/boots/etc. not standing. Almost exactly the same product as Band-Aid Hydro Seal blister plasters, but the KT brand costs three times more with 0% better performance. I currently have both and have switched between them. Both stayed in place while cycling, but that's no surprise. My riding shoes have a titanium plate at the bottom to keep them from flexing when pedaling. So there is no relative movement between my foot and my shoe. On the other hand, none of the branded blister pads stay in place when I'm walking across the pitch playing soccer. My new soccer shoes have formed a blister. The pads cannot stay in place. There is too much force between the foot and the shoe. The glue on the pads just can't handle it. I even tried using the KT tape to prevent blistering across the top and it still curled up under the heel in my sock.
