It was delivered faster than expected given the impact of COVID-19. After I stopped thinking about it, installation was easy. Tried to test before putting everything back together. It squeaked as expected but didn't work. I decided to leave it and get a good night's sleep. The next day I received an email from the seller as an addendum to the sale. (I haven't contacted them with questions yet.) Paraphrased installation instructions included. I went back to see if I missed anything. Everything corresponded to the instructions. Nothing yet. I put both bulbs back in for fun and laughter. Suddenly he was doing everything he had to do. The instructions don't say this, but apparently the lighting circuit needs to be complete for it to work.
