Review on Cable tester BENETECH GM60 by Adam Komosa ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

The tester coped with my task of calculating unmarked wires in a bundle by 100%. For such tasks - that's it. I recommend to everyone. Pros: Convenient, compact tester. My organization moved to a new office, where on one side there were computer sockets on the walls in the rooms, but on the other side (in the server room) the cross-panels were cut off and there were no markings on the twisted pair. There was a bundle of more than 100 unmarked cables hanging in the server room, and it was necessary to figure out which outlet each went to. Time is limited. This is where this tester came to the rescue. I inserted a cable with a tester at the end into the RJ45 socket, in the server room I led the probe along the twisted pair bundle until the tester started beeping opposite the desired cable. So everything was calculated and marked. This tester also allows you to "ring out" all the contacts of a twisted pair or telephone cable. Of the bonuses - there is a simple flashlight in the probe of the tester - you can highlight it in the dark. Has cons: According to the tester, there are no complaints or complaints - everything works fine. The only negative for me is that there is no cover, unfortunately - only plastic packaging.
