I needed a charger to keep my phone charged while driving. It used adapters that plug into an outlet or cigarette lighter and are just too bulky and ugly. Nice clean installation of this charger in a spot where it's not as obvious and where the charging cables aren't dangling from the dash. Fairly easy to install and wiring was straightforward with the addition of a fuse set. Looks nice. An added plus is reading the voltage from my battery. Having learned alternator problems the hard way, there is a problem if you see a drop in battery voltage. Reads correct battery voltage at start up, shows battery charge and then stable 14 volts. You can also disable this charger if you're concerned it will drain your battery when the car is off. Nice addition. **UPDATE** The only problem I'm having is that I want the lights to be white instead of blue. Everything else looks blue too.
