You can only adjust the vertical tilt angle by turning a key. Yet there's no reason for me to switch; I enjoy the challenge. But, the vertical angle is off and needs to be adjusted. Yet, another was never likely given the 38" size and fixed portrait orientation of the mount. In any case, I flipped the screen and gave the command again, and that fixed it. And if you don't twist it, there's no need to adjust it; it stays put.
