Review on Valcour SaaS CAD/RMS by Fritz Wiest

The ability for multiple people with different skill sets (experience) within our organization can work together in real-time or asynchronously to create high quality assemblies quickly. We have been able to take advantage of this platform while still maintaining some independence from other software platforms. I dislike that it doesn't support all types of file formats very easily and also requires proprietary extensions which aren’t always user friendly. Currently we are looking at utilizing another 3D CAD program but were considering switching over completely because there isn't anything like what VLCAD provides out there right now. While not required by us specifically, having both 2D drawing capability along side 3d drawings has helped move things forward more efficiently than traditional hand drafting would allow alone.
