This is a great product and I'm sure it will be perfect for people who really know what they are doing. For me it was a small struggle. I'm new to tennis and just switched from backhand to forehand and it wasn't as easy as they advertised. I tied a tennis ball with some fishing knots like they said and after a few hard hits it just flew into space. The other ball they provided didn't work either and ended up deforming. However, eventually I got used to it and it was great. I would suggest getting a slightly more expensive practice reflector instead of this cheaper one and I'm sure it will be a lot better. I also noticed that the rubber strap was badly worn and got tangled after a few hits.
