Bought this large set because the spoon and fork keep disappearing. I didn't want something with a lot of engraving that I would have to scrape off, but I wanted something durable and well made. Although Lianyu wasn't a recognizable brand, the reviews were good, so I gave it a try. I was slightly concerned when it came in a somewhat standard "silverware" box, but inside each item was individually boxed, had no manufacturing issues that I could identify (snags, uneven teeth, loose handle/blade connection, etc.) .d) and each utensil felt really solid.
