I didn't use the included mount as I don't like the way it attaches with screws or its size but the phone mount itself is awesome because of the screws on the mounts. Works reliably with regular and large phones, with our caseless. I used a magnetic mount and it just doesn't stand up to vibration. There are no problems with this mount.
