I bought it for my husband as a triathlon gift. He used it for the first time last weekend, he said it was good and easy to use. The only thing he found was that the drinking pipe was a bit sharp at the end and he had to be careful not to scratch his palate. I suggested attaching a rubber end, like on a camel's back. He must try again. Secondly my husband didn't have aero bars on his bike so he had to buy one to fit the bottle but it worked well as he found them really useful as he had never used them before. The bottle comes with a hose and sponge, and you can use the hole in the bottle for a straw or through the top membrane of the sponge. But if you use a diaphragm, the drink will come out of the hole.
