I really like that it's an open source solution, you can easily customize to your needs with any skill level of developer or sysadmin! It offers good support for all kind projects (web2 web3) but is not perfect in every aspect - some things are still missing from their roadmap list which could be improved when they add new features next year/month etc., so there will always have something better than what we use right now :) You should try out at least one project manager type service first before using this tool as well because sometimes its easy just copy paste tasks without understanding how exactly does each feature work? Sometimes i find myself solving problems by creating my own scripts instead if having everything included into PWA itself where possible e.g.: running builds manually vs automaticly via cronjobs; automatically deploys code changes between branches / tags within same repository ; comparing diff reports directly against another repo rather then generating them yourself & uploading locally.
