The stone is beautiful and the silver appears to be of high quality, but still there were two reasons I returned it: the size of the pendant (too big) and the fact that it comes in a horrible red 'Merry Christmas' Holiday was sent gift. Crate. what I didn't ask for. I ended up having to request a replacement box (as you would if the same thing happened to you) and unfortunately it didn't arrive in time for the recipient's special day. The box it MUST be shipped in is a black elegant Crystals by Swarovski box with a sophisticated velvet interior. If you don't receive it, please contact customer service - don't be difficult. Fortunately, at least my interaction with Lady Color's customer service wasn't too bad; At first they didn't understand the problem (obviously not native English speakers) and eventually I had to send them a picture to explain it to them - a correspondence that took days - but when they found out they sent out the right boxes for me free of charge . I would give the interaction 3/5, with a deduction for the poor quality of correspondence and apparent inability to work effectively with US/English clients. If you're looking for a smaller/thinner version of this, look for the Aoko brand. I ended up doing so after sending it back and the girlfriend is definitely happy with it.
