Review on Versatile Gravel King SK 700 x 32 cm Folding Tire for All-Terrain Adventures by Stephen Cooper

Extremely difficult setup but looks great and feels comfortable to ride

These tires were purchased for a bike that did not fit the larger tires and fitted to DT-Swiss wheels. These were the most insanely difficult tires to mount. It took a lot of patience and persistent stretching. I have the exact same wheels on another bike - I put two different sets of Specialized tubeless tires on these wheels and hand inflated them with no effort. When I first got on the tubeless Gravel Kings, they weren't even patched. I had to fight them to get the tubes in, fill them up, let them sit overnight to take shape, and then remove the tubes before they ballooned out without the tubes. With 2 ounces of sealant they lost about 10 psi in 24 hours. Once installed they look great. These tires work well at low pressure. They work very well on tarmac and inspire confidence on gravel. Their pleasing appearance and driving characteristics do not exceed the installation effort. I would not recommend if you are not comfortable when tired from your trip. The installation of a street line would be a real highlight.
