As of today, June 4, 2021, the company has not responded to my request for assistance regarding a leaking magenta cartridge. Note that their cartridges sometimes leak. Only one in four leaked. However - none should expire! These cartridges have worked great for about 6 months. I had no problems. Then about 6 months later I started having problems with magenta. It started leaking in the printer. It was also causing large purple spots on my pages. After vacuuming the inside of the machine and also vacuuming the magenta cartridge, it works for a few days and then leaks again. I will contact Revain and send the leak back and try to get a replacement. If Revain provides a replacement I will update this review. Considering the price I would buy again if Revain replaced the one that was leaking. You can't beat the price. However, they must not leak! It was an adventure. But for the price, the game is worth it.
