Review on Air-Stirrup Ankle Support Brace By Aircast: Optimal Support For Ankle Injuries by Joe Vazquez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best brace there is!

Back in February, slipped on ice rolled my ankle and fractured the bone. I was given an unusable brace at the clinic, since it was my right ankle and any driving or using the ankle was out of the question, a bit tough to drive to work that way. I did some research and came up with this brace. I was able to walk, drive and otherwise use my ankle while it healed, though still not healed fully yet this by far was the best brace for my purposes. I'm out of the brace and using a aircast A60 for support. As others stated its a bit hard on your ankle if not adjusted correctly, adjust it and you should be fine. Can't recommend this enough.

Pros
  • Provides confidence and peace of mind during activity
Cons
  • May not provide adequate support for high-impact sports like basketball or soccer
