Reliability, conciseness, simplicity

Bought for a lower level living room in a small duplex I bought as a guest house for our lake house. The alternative was some sort of traditional stand that would place the screen below the optimal viewing height (which is higher than most people think) and create a mess, or a wall mount that would leave the problem of where the soundbar and Blu-ray /streaming device . This stand gave me the unassuming simplicity I was looking for, allowing me to place my Blu-ray/Streamer on the bottom shelf and mount the soundbar on the top shelf (using 3M Dual Lock Reclosable Fasteners ', which are like Super Velcro and No I don't work for or own 3M stock, but damn this is great stuff). Assembly is easy, requiring only an Allen key (included) and a Phillips screwdriver (not included). The stand is strong and durable. And you can easily move it around to clean it or fiddle with the wiring. The casters aren't necessary and can be left out for a more homely look, but then you sacrifice portability. Shown to scale is a 58 inch TV that actually measures 51 inches wide and 30 inches high. The center of the screen is 57 inches (145 cm) off the ground. an outlet about 65 inches off the floor and a CAT-6 outlet that I installed at the same height. However, the vertical tubes have rear access holes that allow power cords and cords to pass through to hide the cords if you have outlets and CAT 6 outlets near the floor, so don't worry if that's your situation. the wireless subwoofer of the soundbar cannot be seen in the photo, but is actually on the floor behind the stand, where there is enough space for it.

Pros
  • I look forward to
Cons
  • The list is long.
