Review on 🎭 Ugears Theater DIY Mechanical Construction Set - User-Friendly by Lucas Salgado

I fell in love with it at first sight and I have to say I enjoyed putting it together. The instructions are very easy to read and understand. The construction was also very easy. A child can also do this, although I would be wary of that as there are many small parts that can easily be lost or swallowed. Ugears was kind enough to provide extra minutiae (little things to cover the ends of the toothpicks) to help. Make sure you have a utility knife to cut through the tiny connectors holding the piece to the plywood panel. If you just pull it out of the sheet metal you will damage the part a bit. It will still work fine, but there will be a small defect on the finished surface of the part. I recommend sanding each piece lightly against the grain to smooth the surface. I envisioned it as a functional piece of art and decided to treat it as such. I took the model and painted the details to make it more aesthetically pleasing. It took a lot longer to prepare the model but I think the end result is worth it. And it doesn't affect functionality other than making the gears a little heavier. This slows down the rotation a bit, but not enough to notice. You will have a blast putting this together! I can't wait to try their other models
