Arrived quickly, unfortunately the top panel is torn. .
Arrived quickly, unfortunately the top cover is torn. No great genius epoxidized it. The fan continued to click and vibrate after installation. No installation instructions, nothing terrible, like a breeze. Black to ground, brown and green hot (high speed). I didn't use a low speed cable. If I had to do it again, I'd spend an extra $20 on a Dorman. Installed in my '96 Tacoma. I hope the click-n-vibration goes away.
