Pros: Comes with a great template for easy installation. Supplied with self-drilling anchors for drywall installation. Allows you to securely fasten the organizer and safely withstand heavy weights. The overall quality is very good. The springs used to grip the handles have just the right amount of tension to hold the handle securely, but not so stiff that you can engage the handle. The extra hooks are very handy and snap in and out when you don't need them. Very smart! Cons: The heads of the screws that attach to the hangers through the organizer are very small. The mounting holes in the organizer are very deep, which makes the installation almost blind and requires a long screwdriver. These things made the installation more painful than it should have been. I bought 2. 1 had enough screws and dowels, the other had 2 short ones. Wish list: I wish it had at least 2 more handles. I wish the screw heads were bigger
