CaseSack: International Customers Have a Negative Experience

As an international customer, I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing at CaseSack, and I must say that it was a total letdown. Even though they claimed to offer international shipping, the procedure was incredibly difficult to understand, with extra costs and ambiguous arrival dates. Even worse, the items I ordered came much later than anticipated and were harmed during shipping. When I contacted their customer service department, I was greeted by useless agents who were obviously uninterested in helping me solve my problem. It was incredibly challenging to receive a clear response or any type of payment for the harm. My overall CaseSack experience was frustrating and not worthwhile of the trouble. I would highly advise international customers to steer clear of CaseSack and instead look for other online merchants that provide a more simple and dependable international shipping process. Spending effort and money on CaseSack is a waste.
