Washed, rinsed and repeated. My hair was so clean and smooth afterwards that I didn't need conditioner, but since I bought the right conditioner I used it. These foods smell like candy or unfamiliar fruits; My daughter and I love the scent. After the shower I applied a matching leave-in conditioner and sprayed on Redken One United All-In-One Leave-In Conditioner and then let my hair air dry. My hair is naturally curly and I usually have to shake and add a lot of products to make my hair frizzy. After letting it air dry with these products, my hair is soft, silky, voluminous and frizzy. I am in love with these products! This is amazing as we have hard water!
