I like that it is very easy to use, but also has all of your analytics in one place so you don't have any confusion about what information should be tracked or where certain data needs are coming from! The ability to pull reports out into other programs would make this even better as well - we can do some pretty cool things with Excel these days!! It's not always perfect by far (sometimes there will be an error here), however they work hard at fixing them quickly when something pops up once-in awhile. They're constantly working towards making their product more user friendly; which makes me happy because sometimes our team just doesn't get how to navigate everything correctly without assistance :) We've been able track conversions across platforms using tracetemetric.
