I put off buying this product because I thought it tasted awful. Well, you're not going to drink a milkshake, but compared to other smoothies, this one is really delicious. Store-bought smoothies give me stomach ache and are artificially flavored with sugar, vanilla, or chocolate. This taste is natural. Yes, the taste and texture does take some getting used to, but I wanted to encourage anyone who's as hesitant as I am to give it a try. As for weight loss, I can't talk much about it, just started. 2 days ago. Will be updated later! UPDATE in 1 1/2 weeks. I knew I wouldn't make it through the first phase because I have a family and dinner is the only meal we eat together. So I started phase 2 right away. In about 10 days I lost 9 kilos. The most amazing thing is that after 2 cocktails a day I don't feel hungry. I mix it with unsweetened almond vanilla milk and really got the taste. I feel much better! I have energy, I want to practice! In addition to shakes, I go to the gym about 2-3 times a week or at least go for a walk to get 10,000 steps. Update: still not hungry, still losing weight, still doing phase 2. Have lost 12 pounds so far, want to lose about 12 more. My colleague tried the Almased flavor and told me it tasted like plasticine, well I didn't eat plasticine from my childhood so I don't have that association.
