The quality is good but the fit is not very good.
I ordered an 18" hub. I have a 19 1/2" drop - and that's just the length of the ruffled part. The material that rests on top of the spring block is too wide for that, so when you factor that AND the extra length of the dusting bristle. It spreads messily across the floor, looks awful and gets sucked into my vacuum. I ended up folding it in half and securing it with pins. I wouldn't buy it again due to the poor fit; The material itself is nice and if it matched the mattress (which isn't old) it would look nice. Anyway, it was too much work to get to this point. I expected more for the price.
