Problem solved: Headphones
It took several times to connect the charging cable before the red charge indicator light came on. It then took 16 hours for the indicator to turn blue, indicating it was fully charged. Then the device would not turn on. Send back. Update: After returning the headphones, I received a personally written email from the company expressing their disappointment that I had an issue with the product. I was offered a free pair and accepted. The new headphones work great, the sound quality is very good. I would like to thank Alexey for a personal solution to this problem.
