It took several times to connect the charging cable before the red charge indicator light came on. It then took 16 hours for the indicator to turn blue, indicating it was fully charged. Then the device would not turn on. Send back. Update: After returning the headphones, I received a personally written email from the company expressing their disappointment that I had an issue with the product. I received Treblab headphones today. They were delivered very quickly. Two days! I will update this review later but my first comment sounds amazing! I bought these to replace my broken wireless headphones from another brand. This is my fourth purchase of wireless earbuds and I have to say they are the best ever. These headphones are very comfortable and frankly feel like there's nothing inside them. I ran 7 miles with them and they stayed and there was absolutely no audio interference (every other pair I've used turned on and off at least a couple of times per run). They don't hurt my ears, but I have to put on a headband or hat to hold the cord to keep it from dangling and yanking the headphones out of my ears. Tone: 4/5. I still stand by my opinion that these headphones are inferior to other offerings. But I've raised my rating from 2 to 4 stars because of the excellent customer service.
