The team at G&K was very professional and friendly when we were searching for assistance with a real estate purchase from someone who had defaulted on their mortgage. We felt comfortable working with them throughout the process because they took extra time to make sure all questions were answered and any concerns addressed prior to signing. There wasn't anything I found particularly negative about this experience but I can see how it could be difficult if you weren’t satisfied with your results or didn’t feel like what you got was worth paying for. This team provided excellent customer support during each phase of my home buying journey. They made the entire process easy to understand and navigate through without being overly pushy nor did they pressure me into making decisions against my best interests. It was great having so many people involved as well as the help of our loan broker. I personally like working with this law firm because they are very professional; when it comes time you need them their experience shows through even though there could be younger lawyers at your office who may not know as much about certain things but still give good advice so don't worry! It's nice having someone else help me along my journey from being just starting out all alone until now where i'm getting used too knowing what documents or papers should go into which file folder etc..
